Having experienced the business at every level, Lauren brings a unique perspective to her role, combining hands-on industry knowledge with a strong understanding of the commercial challenges facing businesses today.

She now plays a key role in shaping the agency's future, overseeing its day-to-day operations, managing client relationships and supporting a talented team delivering creative and digital marketing solutions for businesses across Yorkshire, the UK and the USA.

Lauren believes that successful business relationships are built on honesty, trust and genuinely understanding people's needs. She's passionate about helping businesses grow, supporting her team and creating opportunities for others to develop their own careers.

Having worked at every level of the business, Lauren understands first-hand the importance of being given opportunities, learning from others and having the confidence to take on new challenges. It's an experience that continues to shape her approach to leadership today.

Outside of work, Lauren is a proud mum to twin boys and understands the balancing act that comes with managing a busy career, family life and everything in between.

As a member of The Yorkshire Business Connectors and the Women in Leadership Group, Lauren enjoys connecting with like-minded professionals, sharing experiences and learning from others.

For Lauren, business has always been about more than the work itself. It's about the people, the relationships and the difference you can make along the way.
