Pivot Group

With extensive experience across education—from teaching assistant (NTA) to roles such as Head of Departments, Inclusion Leader, Director of KS4, Community Lead, Interim Head, Advisor, Consultant, and School Leader—I have encountered countless young people facing barriers to success: those who are hard to reach, disengaged, or struggling with complex behaviours. These experiences have taught me one vital lesson: supporting vulnerable children requires a team approach, built on knowledge, empathy, and collaboration. No single person or organisation holds all the answers; anyone claiming they do is likely prioritising their ego over meaningful progress for others.

Frustrated by my inability to do more, I founded Pivot with a mission to truly put children at the centre of everything we do. Built on strong family values, our goal is to provide long-term support and ensure every young person gets the best possible start in life. Four years on, Pivot continues to bridge the gaps across the public, private, social care, and education sectors. Through cutting-edge support, early intervention, and effective strategies, we focus on driving positive outcomes for children by partnering with local authorities, schools, headteachers, parents, social workers, and health professionals.

I am proud to lead a dedicated team of experts from diverse fields—former headteachers, governors, social workers, educational psychologists, and more—who are all united by a shared commitment to transforming the lives of young people. Our greatest successes are measured by the achievements of those we support. If we’re not helping others succeed, we’re not fulfilling our mission.
